What I Made From Scratch This Week | Sourdough, Yogurt & zucchini Meatballs

In Part 2 of my meatball-making video, we finally get to see how everything came together! 🥕🥒🍖 I love stretching meat with plenty of vegetables, so these meatballs are packed with carrots and zucchini. It’s a simple way to make the meat go further while adding more vegetables, flavour and texture to the meal. And then… MY FIRST SOURDOUGH BREAD! 🥖😭 The sourdough journey started in my previous video, and in this one we finally get to see the finished loaf. I also check in on my homemade yogurt, which was started alongside everything else. There are quite a few ferments happening around here, so I'm planning a FULL fermentation video showing the yogurt process, sourdough, and all the other ferments I keep at home.
