The state's own witness walked back in — under immunity — and told the jury he made it up. On Monday, November 2, Theodore "Jose Bodega" Thomas returned to the stand in Yella Beezy's capital murder trial in Dallas, testifying under a court grant of use immunity. Asked what he told the grand jury about the feud, he answered: "I just said I made it up." Confronted with his grand-jury claim that Kewon White was paid $40,000 by "Yella Beezy and TrapBoy," Thomas said: "That was a lie." He said he fabricated the story because he feared a federal life sentence. The judge treated him as a hostile witness and instructed the jury his earlier statements may be used only to judge his credibility — not as proof of the facts, not as evidence of guilt. The same day, jeweler Karim Ali of Manhattan Jewelers in Arlington testified that Conway has been a customer since 2018, walking jurors through about $76,000 in custom work — including GRC pendants — plus a separate invoice of about $31,000. A Dallas detective also testified about Conway's March 2025 arrest, and the defence kept pressing the money fight: 354 five-dollar bills, 44 cartridge cases from one unidentified gun, and $9,670 recovered from White. Yella Beezy (Markies Conway) has pleaded not guilty to capital murder and is presumed innocent. Kewon White was convicted in September 2026 and has publicly denied being paid by Conway. This video covers Day 5 testimony only, with real court audio at the moments that matter. UPDATE (Nov 3): trial resumed Tuesday — jurors were shown video of convicted killer Kewon White caught with drugs, guns, and money. Whether Bodega returns again on Wednesday, Nov 4 is unconfirmed at time of posting.
