The Pool Was Empty and the Sun Finally Came Out (Sabbatical Day 2, Forever Haynes Ep. 2)

Day two of our sabbatical and we made it a full pool day. This is Forever Haynes, and if you are new here, we are two weeks into our 2026 summer sabbatical at AVA Resort Cancun, and I am bringing you along for all of it. We spent the entire day at the pool, and Rye actually got in and swam for the first time in about a year, which had all of us shocked in the best way. In between pool time we had a spontaneous Bible study that my husband encouraged me to start recording, and it turned into something I want to do with the kids all summer, studying a different name of God every day, what it means, and the first place it shows up in Scripture. We are aiming for around 30 names by the end of the summer, so if you want to follow along, this is the episode where it started. After a full day in the sun we got ready for dinner at one of the resort's steakhouses, and the kids are already asking about the escape room for another night this trip. Dinner ended up being one of those meals where the whole table was laughing, from mocktail and mixology moments to campfire trivia about wildfires and whether fire can even burn in space. This is what our sabbatical looks like, slow mornings, full pool days, faith woven into the ordinary moments, and a lot of laughter around the table. 🕒 CHAPTERS 00:00 – Day two, pool day begins 01:15 – Rye swims for the first time in a year 12:16 – Bible study on the Names of God starts 14:27 – The pool is empty and the sun finally came out 15:15 – Brainstorming what to call Forever Haynes viewers 18:43 – Getting ready for dinner and the escape room tease 20:14 – Dinner, mocktails, and mixology at the resort 23:15 – Campfire trivia, dessert cart, and wrapping the day 📖 LINKS YOU ARE INTERESTED IN 📗 God's Math Book → https://linktw.in/IZzQvY 📗 God's Math Healing Edition Book → https://linktw.in/nYGSYl 🔗 Thrive and Prosper Community → https://linktw.in/HIIovY 📱 Instagram → https://linktw.in/scNyBd 🛍️ God's Math Merch → https://linktw.in/VUjDxx If you missed God's Math Season 1 catch up here → https://linktwin.to/thxIWi God's Math Season 2 → https://linktwin.to/umeNtz 🤍 TO GIVE TO THE GOD'S MATH MOVEMENT Paypal: @thaynesco Zelle: tiffany@tiffanyhaynesco.com ✨ NEW HERE?
