Jeet Kuen; Eagle Claw's "Quick Fist" Form

We've posted this video for students learning Ying Jow Pai's "Jeet Kuen." Sifu Dario performs this beautiful, basic Eagle Claw form. Jeet Kuen appears in many martial arts systems, included as part of the Ching Mo (Jing Wu) curriculum.
