After 6 months of planning, permitting, and anticipation, the drilling rig has finally arrived at the homestead. In today’s video, we are officially spudding Homestead Well #1! Unlike the wells we drill for our family company, this project is 100% on my own dime for our family homestead. With over $125,000 on the line for this well alone (and a quarter-million dollars invested across both planned wells), the stakes couldn't be higher.
