Taking on Waverley Lakes B course. parkrun #350

In this video, I take on Waverley Lakes parkrun (B course), going for another all-out 5K PB attempt! Waverley Lakes parkrun. parkrun #350 🏃‍♂️💨 Located at Waverley Lakes in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, this out and back course runs entirely on gravel paths around the lakes, featuring a long gradual climb to the turn around point, then returning to the start. While it offers a fantastic scenic community event, sections can accumulate mud and puddles outside of summer, making it a great test of pacing and grit!
