Register online through 4HOnline 4. Attend judging days on December 12th and January 9th 5. Collect your premiums in February or March Who can enter 4-H members ages 5-18 in Broward or Palm Beach County who are enrolled by November 1st. Each member can enter up to eight individual exhibits across ten categories, including horticulture, arts and crafts, foods, and technology.
