LIVE Freighter Cam: Ships Under the Mackinac Bridge, Up Close 24/7

Watch the Great Lakes freighters up close as they pass under the Mackinac Bridge, live 24/7 from the Riviera Motel in Mackinaw City, Michigan. This is our new ship-following camera. It moves on its own: every large ship broadcasts its position by radio (AIS), our antenna here at the motel picks up those signals, and our tracking software points and zooms the camera to follow each freighter as it crosses the Straits of Mackinac. When no ships are around, the camera takes a slow tour of the Straits, Mackinac Island and the shoreline, then returns to the bridge. Prefer the wide view? Our classic open view of the bridge and the Straits is live here too:    • 🔴LIVE🔴 Mackinac Bridge Camera from the Riv...   We're still fine-tuning the camera, so you may notice the occasional adjustment.
