THE SOUND Spacious warm synthesizer chords and muted celesta tones accompany the observatory logbook at dusk. Eleven original pieces alternate six light rhythmic chapters with five percussion-free passages and a slow bass foundation. Very low room air in a closed observatory annex, without wind, dome mechanics, alarms or voices. The music moves through full compositions with gentle six-second transitions. No vocals or spoken interruptions. Python, NumPy and SciPy shape the instrument layers with EQ, stereo reverb and level balancing, and synthesize the environmental textures. The harmony low-pass limit is 1590 Hz and the melody limit is 1540 Hz, with separate reverb and level balancing for the instrumental layers. FFmpeg assembles the final film. Clouds drift slowly across the clear circular-window sky with generous separation from the brass ring and mountain skyline. Close fern fronds flex independently, with much quieter motion in selected distant pine tips. A loose shawl edge moves gently; the dome, round window, mountains, desk, mug, logbook, chair and red lamp remain stable. This is a designed cinemagraph.
