Disneyland Tips 2019: 10 Dos and 10 Don'ts (tips, tricks, and more for Disneyland California)

Welcome to Park It: Theme Parks Edition! I am so happy that you found my Disneyland Dos and Don't video. This video lists 10 things you should do at Disneyland and 10 things you should avoid doing. Some of these things are pretty obvious and practical, but other things are not. Watch the entire video to make sure that you don't miss anything! I recently returned from Disneyland and tried to take as many photos and screenshots as I could so that I could pass on lots of helpful tips and tricks to you. It's nice to have a current video to watch that applies to Disneyland and California Adventure park in 2019 (a lot has changed in the last few years). In this video I use a lot of photos and footage to help explain the Dos and Don'ts of Disneyland/California Adventure Park. I start with the dos: 1. Get a Disney MaxPass. Wear shoes that have arch support (https://www.brooksrunning.com/en_us/s...) . 3. Carry as little as possible with you in the parks. 4. Bring a good but small camera (http://bit.ly/2L2sbfk). 5. Bring a light weight backpack (https://www.target.com/p/lowepro-taho.... 6. Get a treat from Candy Palace which is located on Main Street USA in Disneyland. 7. Watch for Disney characters near the Splash Mountain exit. 8. Talk to your group about potential problems that might arise before you visit the parks. 9. Visit just one park per day vs. Parkhopping. 10. Make time for downtime. Then I talk about the Don'ts: 1. Don't delay booking a FastPass for Radiator Springs Racers or Hyperspace Mountain. These attractions almost always run out of FastPasses before the end of the day. 2. Don't visit Disneyland when the castle is under construction. 3. Don't bring a camera bag. 4. Don't forget your portable charger (unless you want to rent a recharged one from Disney for $30). 5. Don't forget your jacket (https://www.marmot.com/womens-precip-.... 6. Don't forget to book you Disneyland dining reservations in advance. 7. Don't wait to buy a souvenir that you like (https://www.shopdisney.com/princess-l.... 8.
