Beautiful Nakusp BC September 2026

South of Revelstoke along the Arrow Lakes system, exists a wonderful little town of about 1500 residents. Beautiful Lakes and Mountains frame this little piece of paradise, there there are not franchise stores (home hardware excepted), but rather long standing local businesses that provide all of the communities needs. Motorcyclists love the local roads and highways and are often seen visiting the Leland Hotel and staying at local offerings. We have been visiting this town for many years, it is our go to place when we just want to get back to the real important things in life, peace, tranquility, friendly voices, and a beautiful backdrop. Visit for a day, stay for a while, breath in the fresh mountain air, walk the wonderful lake path, smell the beautiful flowers. Sip a wonderful cup of coffee, sit back and enjoy.
