2019 Bukharest seminar. Systema levels - biomechanics, waves, breathing

The first level of the System - using instead of brute force and speed, the principles of biomechanics - knowledge of the features of the structure of the body, the use of displacement of the center of mass, supports, levers in one, two and 3D planes. The next level is the use of an external wave to move body mass to the right place without tension. The use of breath to move the mass through the body, accepting and connecting the masses with the subsequent control.
