How to Live Out Your Christian Faith at Work Without Compromise

How do you live openly as a Christian at work without becoming preachy, compromising what you believe, or feeling as though you need to hide your faith? We work alongside people with different beliefs, values, lifestyles, and opinions, and while we want our lives to reflect Christ, we also want to treat the people around us with genuine kindness, dignity, and respect. Being a light at work does not mean turning every conversation into a sermon, but neither does it mean keeping our Christianity so private that our faith has no influence on the way we work.
