-- Disclaimer at the end of the video -- Developed and published by 7th Level in 1996, Arcade America is a platformer game, in which Joey (the main character), tries to find his gang scattered across the states of the United States. Upon visiting each playable state, Joey goes through a couple of levels, before a final one in which he gets the gang member back. Each state you play highlights known landmarks, such as the Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore, Alamo and many others, effectively becoming sort of a tour of the country's most famous places. Silly, ridiculous, hard to play, but fun overall. The demo features the first state, California, in which the levels you play take place in Alcatraz famous prison. Apologies for the loud music in this video, I do not know why it came out that loud, hopefully it's not too annoying. Not a fan of this sort of games, but thanks to the gaming platform development of Windows 95, the game ends up with some good looking visuals in general. Enjoy!
