What's in my bag? Kit for mountain running

The weather has been terrible this week and I've been busy, so as a stopgap before more running the Munros, here's a video in response to a comment on a previous video going into the kit that I usually take with me on a mountain run. I'll do more of these over the next few months to cover other aspects of mountain running, such as nutrition, hydration, route planning and navigation.
