Lab demonstration for BWD21303 (Food Analysis) practical class. The practical class this week is about determining the moisture content of food samples by thermogravimetric method and using moisture analyzer. Students will also be able to familiarize themselves with the usage of drying oven and vacuum oven. Please note that this video does not reflect the actual time of conducting the experiments.
