N7KOM SOTA Mountain Goat Activation at the W7O Campout | Summits on the Air

The W7O Campout was in full swing and I timed my summits just right to hit Mountain Goat on Mt McLoughlin (W7O/CS-001). An awesome crew joined me for the hike: N6RUN, N7NWT, and KI6SYD. We hit the trail just be fore 4am and summited just after 7am. We were blessed with wonderful weather on summit. Thank you everyone who QSO'd with me on the day and over last few years on my SOTA journey. SOTA is an awesome community and I'm looking forward to all the QSOs and hikes on the way to my next 1000 points. Thank you Amy AG7GP for organizing another amazing W7O SOTA Campout. It is so great to have eyeball QSOs with a fantastic group of operators. ======================= Microlight QRP Traps available now! https://n7komportableradio.etsy.com/l...
