DON'T LIE...

BROKENLORE: DON’T LIE is a psychological horror game that completely messes with your perception of reality. The visuals, atmosphere, disturbing imagery, and constant feeling that something is seriously wrong make this one hell of a mind fuck. The story follows Junko through a bizarre and unsettling experience where reality starts to blur, leaving you questioning what is actually happening. The story was interesting, although I’ll admit it was a little confusing at times since I never played the first BrokenLore game. DON’T LIE is the second game in the BrokenLore trilogy, so there are definitely some story elements and connections I probably missed, but I was still able to follow along and understand what was happening for the most part. Overall, this was a very well-done psychological horror experience with some seriously wild visuals, creepy environments, and plenty of WTF moments. If you enjoy psychological horror games, disturbing games, indie horror, atmospheric horror, and games that completely mess with your head, you’re going to want to check this one out.
