FROM CELEBRITIES TO NATURE LANDSCAPES — My 300mm Life Has Changed! 📸

It’s almost 40 degrees outside… but apparently, that’s not enough to stop me from going out with a camera. Today I’m taking my Canon 5D Mark III and my 300mm lens for a walk along my usual path here in the Vexin part of France, near Giverny. And there’s a reason I still carry a long lens. For many years, I worked as a press photographer, spending hours waiting for celebrities, watching, anticipating, and trying to capture that one moment. I photographed famous people, events, red carpets… sometimes waiting for hours just for a few seconds of action. Today, things are a little different. I don't wait for celebrities anymore. I look at Nature and enjoy every season and take pictures every day. Because it’s my passion. Here in my village, the 300mm has found a new purpose. A bird, a horse, a cat, a deer… anything that moves can become my subject. The passion is still exactly the same. The waiting. The anticipation. The hunt for the picture. Only the celebrities have changed.
