HALLSTATT - escaping the crowds

Having been to Hallstatt in 2016, and knowing how much busier the beautiful Instramable town is now opt to avoid the crowds by getting an early start for the Dachstein/Krippenstein lift to explore the Ice Cave and Mammoth cave. The next day we take the bus to Hallstatt from our Stellplatz in Obertraun and hike along the Waldbach to immerse ourselves in nature rather than battling the crowds in town.
