Copiague, NY Thunderbolt 1003 Noon Test - 4/19/19

This is the 2nd thunderbolt in Copiague, atop the firehouse on Dixon Ave. Siren was recently moved from the black steel tower in the parking lot to a truss on top of the roof. The siren sounds just as good though. It runs a minute of hi-lo for the general cycle (signal 13s) and a 30 second round for noon.
