a busy day in my home bakery [making 100+ pastries for the farmers market]

today we are making: cinnamon rolls beach buns (dark chocolate coconut) smores rolls pistachio rolls spanish almond cake caramel popcorn cookies the smores rolls & the beach buns were my seasonal items for June / July (sorry i'm posting this video a bit late...) and the caramel popcorn cookies were going to be my new item for August, so I was just testing them out at this point, but i have to say, they were DELICIOUS. basically a brownie cookie but with caramel popcorn in it... yum. hope you enjoy prepping with me for the farmers market :) #homebakerybusiness #homebakery #farmersmarkets
