Dealing with Grief is a natural part of life but when you lose a loved one, the grieving process can be a very hard and personal one. As we age, this unfortunately becomes more common. Jody and I have not only both lost both of our parents, but I very recently lost my brother Chuck to ALS. It's a very important topic to talk about and Jody and I both grieve differently. We are having a deep and honest discussion with you today to share our grieving process with you and also give some tips on how to honor your loved one's life while not derailing your own while grieving.
