1974 Mercury 650 distributor rebuild

In this video I go through the process of rebuilding the distributor of my 1974 Mercury 650. This is the 3 cylinder CDI Thunderbolt type 3 model. In a previous video I went through the steps of troubleshooting a bad ignition module, bad trigger, and replacing the ignition module. After two hours on the water the trigger also died.
