Universal Studios Japan Osaka 2026 guide: how to reach by JR Loop Line, ticket cost, tips to save money, wait times and Harry Potter rides, all in one full day vlog. In this video, I take you through a full day at Universal Studios Japan in Osaka. I show how to reach from the hotel by metro and JR Loop Line, how I bought tickets, what to carry inside, how the wait times work, and my honest experience on the rides. Route covered in this video: Hotel → Fukushima Station → Osaka Loop Line (Platform 1) → Universal City Station → Universal Studios Japan Quick travel tips: The Osaka Loop Line is valid with the JR Pass. Without a JR Pass, use an IC card. Buy breakfast and snacks from 7-Eleven before entering. Prices inside the park are much higher. Buy tickets in advance. I bought mine on Klook for about 5,500 yen per person (around 11,000 yen for two). Website price was almost the same. Download the Universal Studios Japan app before you go. Super Nintendo World needs timed entry, and you register your group in the app. My default slot was 6 PM. Reach early. Waiting time for each ride is 60 to 120 minutes, and the board time is usually 5 to 10 minutes more than the actual wait. Water bottles can be refilled inside the park. Lockers are free for phones and cameras on rides where cameras are not allowed. Prices may change, so check the official website before you go. My honest opinion: The magic wand costs about 5,500 yen, and I did not find it worth it. Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey is a thrilling ride (7 to 10 minutes). Not recommended for pregnant women or people with heart or BP problems.
