We finally got an answer as to what was on that Arasaka chip. It seems to be some kind of Blackwall AI named Capri that tries to hijack D's body. Instead, they seem to share the body for a little while, and D starts to enjoy himself for one of the first times in awhile. Capri started looking up at a satellite however, which does not bode well.
