You have built the tax audit tracker. Now make it part of everyday work. In the sixth and final workshop, connect the Microsoft Lists tracker, its intake form and its Teams home to a practical launch and maintenance routine. Five actions for a tax team: • Explain the benefit and make the next action obvious. • Agree who maintains matters, coordinates reporting and approves changes. • Work backwards from the reporting deadline. • Give colleagues approachable support and a clear help contact. • Test with intended users, gather feedback and improve deliberately. The quarterly calendar is an illustration: a reminder around 25 March, an agreed 31 March cutoff and dated snapshot, then review and reporting by 7 April. Agree the real dates, timezone and working-day rules for your organisation. New matters still need to be logged promptly throughout the quarter. CHAPTERS 0:00 A working tracker needs a working routine 0:46 Make the change easy to understand 1:41 Give each job an owner 2:26 Give reporting a rhythm 3:18 Make help approachable 4:12 Start small, check and improve 5:07 Finish with a routine people can use This closes the six-workshop Practical Tax Tech foundation. Return to Workshops 1–5 for the workspace, list fields, feeder lists, connected intake form, Teams tab and event-based email rules. Microsoft Lists, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams are Microsoft 365 products. The intake route in this series is the native form connected to our Microsoft List. Check feature availability and access in your own environment. For a clear picture, select an available HD quality. Use CC for optional English subtitles and pause whenever useful. Illustrated demonstration with fictional data. The screens continue the earlier workshop example. Reporting templates and readiness checks are illustrative; no live tenant test, completed pilot or real quarterly report is claimed. Test your actual submission, access, notifications and saved history before relying on the tracker. Independent practical training. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.
