Conquering the Crawl: Brian Zahringer on Scaling Bug Boss and Social Media Growth

In this episode of the Builders Bible podcast, Chase Megyeri speaks with Brian Zahringer, founder and owner of BugBoss (The X-Terminator). Brian shares his unconventional path into pest control—starting with a bat rescue call in his uncle's gun shop—and how he launched his own solo operation in 2021. He breaks down the realities of grinding out 10 to 30 service routes a day as a single technician, leveraging social media platforms like TikTok and Snapchat Spotlight for local brand awareness, bringing on an office manager who drove massive package sales, navigating the challenges of hiring field labor, and managing severe weather delays across Wisconsin's sand country.
