Today, for the first time, I made crispy and delicious Aloo Parathas on a traditional clay stove (mitti ka chulha) in my garden. The aroma of burning wood and cow dung cakes added a unique and nostalgic flavor to the food. Along with the parathas, I served freshly made coriander and tomato chutney. The whole experience felt earthy, flavorful, and deeply satisfying.
