Hiking Through Tunnel Drive Trail With My Cat!

Taking Ziggy on another trail! Today we explored the Tunnel Drive Trail in Cañon City, Colorado. This trail is carved directly into the granite cliffside high above the Arkansas River, passing right through three massive rock-blasted tunnels with incredible views of the gorge. I did the Royal George railroad and the tour guide told us to do it because it was five minutes away from the parking train. Ziggy loved checking out the cool tunnel entrances and taking in the fresh mountain air as we walked up along the river!
