What Is Specially Designed Instruction

If your child has an IEP, you may hear the phrase “specially designed instruction” without ever getting a clear explanation of what it actually means in practice. In this video, I break down the term in parent-friendly language and explain what you should be listening for when a school describes your child’s support, services, or instruction. If you are preparing for an IEP meeting, you can download my free guide, What to Expect at Your First I.E.P. Meeting, here: https://theedvocator.com/product/what... If you have a question about something going on with your child at school, I’d love to hear from you. You can email me directly at info@TheEdvocator.com.
