Inside Ligero Tobacco House in Buford, Georgia, just outside Atlanta, I explore what the shop describes as the first and only Foundation Cigar Lounge, featuring custom Foundation artwork, a premium cigar humidor and an exclusive Ligero Tobacco House x Foundation collaboration cigar. In this Humidor Explorer documentary-style humidor tour, we explore Ligero Tobacco House's partnership with Foundation Cigar Company, founded by Nicholas Melillo, and discover what makes this boutique cigar shop and dedicated Foundation lounge unique. The Foundation Cigar Lounge features custom brand artwork, comfortable seating, Cuban espresso and an atmosphere inspired by Foundation's cigar history and Nicaraguan heritage. Inside the humidor, we explore an extensive Foundation Cigars collection, including The Tabernacle, Tabernacle Havana Seed CT #142, The Wise Man, Charter Oak and Foundation 10 Year Aniversario. One standout discovery is the exclusive Ligero Tobacco House x Foundation cigar, a collaboration blend created specifically for the shop. Beyond Foundation, this Atlanta-area cigar humidor features boutique and premium cigar collections from Warped, Curivari, Crowned Heads, Drew Estate, AJ Fernandez, Oliva and other established manufacturers. We also examine several notable releases, including Foundation Charter Oak Pasquale and Crowned Heads Blood Medicine B Positive, alongside other interesting discoveries throughout the humidor. During the visit, I revisit several personal Foundation favorites, including a blend I chose to enjoy on my wedding day, while documenting the shop's unique collections, craftsmanship and lounge environment. I arrived unannounced while the shop was receiving a shipment and restocking portions of the humidor, offering a glimpse inside Ligero Tobacco House during a normal business day.
