A Channelled guided journey to the upper world to connect with a specific ascended spirit guide /helping spirit for spirit release work or trance mediumship . This guided process was recorded outdoors so there is some light background sound. It was recorded whilst Mel was in a trance state ,therefore it is slow paced , and there is no accompanying music .
