Honestly one of the more ridiculous episodes of Thomas & Friends. The engines don't do anything particularly egregious (beyond the usual jumping), but transporting a large submarine on rails? That's too much. Everything Wrong with Thomas is a series of videos that look for all of the sins, goofs, and mistakes in every episode! Thank you for watching! Thomas tries to pull the submarine, but it is too heavy for him alone, so Percy helps by pushing from the back. The main problem is that Thomas and Percy have trouble communicating during the delivery. Harold’s noisy rotors make it hard for Percy to hear Thomas, so Thomas suggests using whistle signals. But Percy has trouble remembering what the signals mean, which nearly causes trouble at Quickdraw Bridge. Their route gets more complicated when they face difficult track choices. They avoid Crumble Canyon and try Cannonball Curve, but the submarine is so long that Percy nearly goes off the edge. They call Harold for help, and he carries the back of the submarine while Thomas and Percy guide the front. Even then, Harold’s loud rotors create more communication problems, so Thomas and Percy use smoke signals and clearer teamwork to finish the job. In the end, Thomas, Percy, and Harold successfully deliver the submarine to Vicarstown, and Sir Topham Hatt praises them. The episode’s main lesson is about teamwork and finding better ways to communicate when a job becomes more difficult than expected.
