THIS TOYA TODOROKI BUILD IS DANGEROUS

Toya Todoroki has finally released in my hero ultra rumble. Today I try to pull for the character, go over his most damaging combo, and show you the build I run with the character. Toya comes with a unique special action which allows him to keep reviving as long as he has special action, but the only downside is it gets harder to revive due to your GP and health getting drained starting after the second revive. #myheroultrarumble #ultrarumble #mhur
