Feeling tired, scattered, or a little off—but still craving strength and movement? This floor-based circuit offers a grounded way to build strength without getting up and down.
Gather a sturdy chair, yoga mat, block, kettlebell, and optional resistance band.
Using a chair to support your feet, we’ll move through three exercises:
1. Feet-elevated glute bridges with block between the thighs and an optional resistance band across the hips.
2. Kettlebell pullovers with feet elevated and block between the thighs.
3. Kettlebell tricep skull crushers with legs (or just feet) elevated and block between the thighs.
Aim for 8–15 repetitions of each exercise, depending on the resistance or weight you use. One circuit takes approximately 4–5 minutes. Complete 1–3 rounds, matching the effort to your energy today.
Then, unwind with hamstring stretches, reclining twists, and figure-four stretches before settling into a supported rest with your legs on the chair.
Strength. Support. A little space to settle.
