🌿 Day 1: What is Meditation?
Meditation is often misunderstood. Some people think it means you must completely stop your thoughts, sit perfectly still, or reach some impossible state of silence. But meditation is not about forcing your mind to be blank—it’s about gently guiding your awareness inward, into a deeper level of calm and clarity.
The style of meditation we’ll be using here is a little different. I use light hypnotic language to help quiet the critical, busy part of your mind so you can go deeper into awareness. It’s not about control—it’s about allowing your natural state of balance and peace to come forward.
To begin, find a quiet, safe place where you can relax without interruption. Sit comfortably with your spine tall but not rigid. Let your shoulders drop, your hands rest softly in your lap, and your feet connect with the ground. If you prefer, you may also lie down, as long as you can stay present.
Remember, there’s no “perfect” way to meditate. All you need to do is notice your thoughts as if they were clouds moving across the sky. They may come and go—and that’s okay. With each breath, you’ll find more space between them, and in that space, you’ll reconnect with yourself.
Over the next 21 days, you’ll discover how meditation can help you build a strong foundation for abundance—by calming your nervous system, clearing the noise, and opening your awareness to new possibilities.
