This week I’m sharing real life moments, pilates routines, family time, and self care. I almost quit pilates after a tough class but decided to go back the next day. I stopped by a bagel shop for inspiration to make our own again, fit in some laser self care, and shared a little haul from my road trip to Buffalo (Trader Joe’s, Target & Sephora 🤍). This vlog is about listening to your body, showing up imperfectly, and letting joy exist alongside discomfort.
