Ingredients: 3 cups (750 mL) whipping / heavy / 35% cream 1 can (300 mL) condensed milk 3 Tbsp (45 mL) chocolate liqueur 3/4 cup (175 mL) chopped chocolate chips Method: Chop the chocolate chips. Whip the cream to almost stiff peaks. Whisk together the condensed milk, vanilla, and liqueur. Whisk the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream. Fold in the chocolate chips.
