Can I Survive 100 days in a CAVE ONLY world?

In this video I'm trapped in an underground world with no sun, no sky, no villages and no escape to the outside world. Mobs are constantly spawning and resources are limited. Will I survive and turn the cave in to my very own underground wonderland or perish before the 100 days are up?
