Composer’s Note – Taeho Han This work sets the poem “The Snow Falls” by Janghee Lee for a cappella choir. Through the image of snow quietly settling on a winter morning, it distills and gathers the essence of love. Upon the transparent texture of unaccompanied voices, restrained harmonies and a slow, measured breath are layered, allowing an inward, bowing motion of the heart to unfold. The voices lean toward one another, creating a clear and delicate resonance, and within the spaces between, emotions deeper than words emerge.
