Motivational Leg session with Roger Snipes and Andrew England

Visited the Mecca of gyms in Enfield "Muscleworks" and killed legs. If you're not limping by day 2 then you need to question yourself. Myself and Andrew 'Inkredible' England who is also sponsored by Body Engineers done Muscleworks proud with a proper wheel chair session. Leg day baby !!
