Vera’s 2016 Land Rover Discovery 4 “Grand Duke” came from Luxembourg with a failed 3.0-litre Gen 2 SDV6 engine. With the body already off, she now removes and completely strips her first engine—with Christian supervising and occasional “OLD MAN STRENGTH” help carefully recorded on the help counter. As the parts come off, we uncover questionable timing and some confusing clues. For a moment, we even wonder whether we’ve taken apart a perfectly good engine. But Grand Duke hasn’t revealed all his secrets yet… Engine out, tools ready—time to find out what really stopped this Discovery. ⚠️ DISCLAIMER We are not liable for any harm you may do to your car, engine, surroundings, your marriage, or yourself.
