Forest solitude, cozy routines & French markets | Gentle return to life in Autumn | Silent Vlog

Join me for an after storm silent vlog to embrace the beginning of Autumn in the South of France, and reconnect with simple cozy routines. 🍂 At this time of the year, I need a cozy atmosphere and introspection on my own. Having a tea in the forest by the river, listening to the birdsongs, feels like a comforting and recharging ritual. After a week of rain, the sun comes back and brings a new season with it ; the air is fresh and new. It is now time to stroll through the antique market in search of beautiful vintage treasures, and then to wrap my mom's birthday gift with relaxing paper sounds. We close on a sunlit morning at the local French market, where the previous storm already feels like a distant dream... Thank you for sharing this pause with me. If these moments brought you a little peace, I would be happy to have you here for the next chapter. After years of travelling the world and learning to heal from burnout, I learned that home is not a place, but a way of inhabiting the world. Rooted by the Mediterranean yet carrying the lessons of quiet paths elsewhere, this space is an invitation to slow down, soften your rhythm and reconnect with the present moment through gentle, sensory rituals. 🎵 Music credits : Thank you to the artists : Surprising_Media, Romantic Acoustic Guitar 2, Pixabay Content License (ID 433550) Kazoom, On a calm morning (full version) relaxing guitar music, Pixabay Content License (ID 511756) #slowliving #southoffrance #silentvlog #frenchvlog #intentionalliving #mediterraneanlifestyle
