The Officio Prefectus - Imperial Commissars - Warhammer 40k Lore

The Officio Prefectus is the solid backbone of the Imperial Guard and some of the finest progeny of the Schola Progenium. The Commisars can trace their history back to before the Horus Heresy, and their organization to the early days of the scouring. Wherever the Guard faulters, there a Commissar will be!
