Can I Cook a Sunday Roast in My Van? The Challenge!

This week, a viewer challenged me to do something I’ve never attempted before… cook a proper Sunday roast in my van! 🍗🥔 So, of course, I took on the challenge! I head to Belper in Derbyshire for a gig, spending the night in the venue car park in my converted Renault Trafic. The following day, I head over to Matlock Bath for a day of exploring, including a ride on the cable car, a visit to the caves and a look around the historic Victorian Baths. But the big challenge is still waiting for me… As the sun starts to set, I find a spot beside the river, get the van kitchen fired up and attempt to cook a Sunday roast completely from my van. Will I actually manage to pull it off?
