Why We're Keeping Our 'Horrible' Cottage Windows | Ep107

This week at the old cottage, we finally finish the living room windows — and despite what some might think, the existing uPVC windows are staying! With new oak windowsills made from reclaimed kitchen worktops, fresh architraves, and bead-and-butt panelling in the recesses, we’re doing our best to make this old cottage feel warm, characterful, and more in keeping with the rest of the house. We know replacing the windows would be the dream… but right now, it’s simply not in the budget. So instead, we’re focusing on what we can do — and proving that even smaller changes can still make a big difference. We really hope you enjoy seeing the progress, and as always, thank you so much for all your support — it genuinely means a lot to us. ❤️ Johnny, Adam, Benji & Alfie 🏡 WANT TO START FROM THE BEGINNING?
