Heavy weights. Real effort. No gym machines.
Welcome to Day 3 of my 3-day muscle-building training split!
My goal is to build muscle mass using the heaviest weights available to me — concrete blocks, tires, weighted bodyweight exercises, and homemade outdoor training equipment.
I've been training for almost 6 years, and this is my personal approach to progressive resistance training without a traditional gym.

🏋️ MY 3-DAY MUSCLE-BUILDING SPLIT
DAY 1: Legs + Shoulders
DAY 2: Chest + Biceps
DAY 3: Back + Triceps
This training is focused on building muscle mass and strength with the heaviest practical equipment I have available.
No fancy machines. No expensive gym. Just unconventional equipment, consistency, and hard training.
Training philosophy: Make the most of what you have and keep working toward stronger, more developed muscles.
🎥 If this is being shown as a live stream, please note that it is a pre-recorded workout broadcast LIVE.
⚠️ Safety: These are demanding exercises using heavy, unconventional equipment. This video documents my personal training and is not an instructional program. Do not copy the loads or movements without appropriate experience, equipment, and safety precautions.
