Calf slicer variations

Three Calf Slicer variants I have been working on. The last two are variations that I've figured out recently. Knowing the first one helps to understand finishing the last two however. Credit for the idea that let to my second one goes to Sean Roberts who was crushing people with essentially the same setup at the BJJ Kumite.
