An introduction to York Adams Counties in the American Revolution

We invite you to watch this video offered by New Oxford Area Historical Society President Michael Schen and Director Robert Wilson and their joint presentation entitled "An Introduction to York-Adams County in the American Revolution" as part of the society’s Afternoon History Series and America250 programming. Schen and Wilson’s co-presentation offers a picture of the south central Pennsylvania region in the late colonial period and the developments that unfolded across York County and its western frontier (now Adams County) leading into the American Revolution. The program also offers direct readings from the era that capture that moment in time. This program was part of a partnership between the New Oxford Area Historical Society and Cross Keys Village (CKV) in New Oxford.
